As complicated a process buying a new computer can be, upgrading an existing system while using existing hardware coupled with proper, environmentally friendly disposal of the old equipment is a tougher process. TFB Solutions professionals will, determine your needs, provide you with a quote and project plan, migrate to and configure the upgrades, then provide optional methods for disposal of the old equipment.

As part of the disposal process, TFB Solutions will insure proper secure erasure of all data and destruction of any component required to insure the privacy of your information.

As an adjunct to a new purchase, or for your existing environment, TFB Solutions can provide on-site professionals to assist in solving your computer problems.

Often enough, solving problems on a running computer can be accomplished through a remote support session. TFB Solutions has partnered with a leading vendor of remote support technologies that allow us to securely look deep inside your computer and operating system while remote controlling it to resolve your issues. We can also use this technology to remotely verify your security, operating system updates anti-virus status, or simply to guide you through a problem resolution. Lastly, unlike taking your computer from you, you can sit back and watch the repairs in progress. If the resolution is something you can do in the future, we can use this as a training tool.

As a follow on to the Remote Computer Support service, you may wish to sign up for a regular support checkup using our remote client. We can setup any number of computers with a permanent remote support client that, on an agreed upon schedule, we can use to perform a checkup on your computer. Most computer checkups will take about an hour of billable time. However, we will determine a contract price on an annual bases, payable at the conclusion of each checkup. A computer checkup will include the following, at minimum:

• Ensure all operating system updates are current.
• Verify anti-virus software definitions and configuration.
• Update software identified in our service agreement with you.
• Verify overall satisfactory system performance.

If your needs cannot be met through remote support, TFB Solutions will happily come to your place of business on a regular bases to perform essential checkups of your computers. As with Remote Computer Support, a computer checkup will include the following, at minimum:

• Ensure all Microsoft Update are current.
• Verify anti-virus software definitions and configuration.
• Update software identified in our service agreement with you.
• Verify overall satisfactory system performance.
